Link2-Gateway
The Link2-Gateway wireless device transceiver provides reliable and simple to use wireless connectivity for instruments via wireless communications and serves as a gateway to upload instrument data from other Link2 wireless devices.
The Link2-Gateway is easily setup with the 3.5” touchscreen display where users can to configure the connection type, what devices are connected, and other detailed information without needing a host computer. Instrument data can be transmitted to the monitoring software though an integrated cellular radio or a wired Ethernet connection.

Link2 Hotspot
The Link2-Gateway’s serves as a “hotspot” for other nearby Link2 wireless devices. Instrument data is collected wirelessly and resent through either the integrated cellular radio or wired LAN connection. This allows other Link2 devices to be placed further away without restrictions of wires or cellular costs.
Smart Instrument Device Server
The Link2-Gateway provides a smart instrument interface that has the ability to communicate with over 70 instruments from leading manufacturers. The Link2-Gateway can be configured to communicate up to 2 different instruments via USB or RS232 (serial). The Link2-Gateway reads and interprets important measurements, alarms, and the device status. This data is encrypted and transmitted in a low bandwidth format to compatible remote monitoring systems such as RemoteDNA’s Web Portal or Thermo ViewPoint.
Locational Awareness
In addition to providing detailed instrument data, the Link2-Gateway has an integrated GPS to give location information. This provides real-time situational awareness of your remote deployment teams.
