LTS-08

The Link2 Sensor LTS-08 wireless transceiver provides reliable and simple to use wireless connectivity for instruments enabling data from remote field teams to be instantly transmitted to a central monitoring system without having the need to deploy a field based radio system.

The LTS-08 is a rugged IP65 rated device that connects directly to an instrument, to send and receive data from the RemoteDNA network. The unit contains an integrated GPS receiver to provide location awareness of remote operations to command centers.

CompatiblE Instruments

The LTS-08 is compatible with many instruments manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., Canberra, ICx/FLIR Systems Inc., MGP Instruments/Mirion Technologies, Ludlum Measurements Inc., Oldham, Overhoff Technology, SAIC and Zephyr Technology Corporation. The current list of supported instruments is always growing so don’t hesitate to ask if your instrumentation can be configured to work with this device.

LTS-08 Highlights

Smart Instrument Device Server

The LTS-08 provides a smart instrument interface that has the ability to communicate with over 70 instruments from leading manufacturers. It can be configured to communicate via USB, RS232 (serial), and 4 to 20ma loop.

The LTS-08 reads and interprets important measurements, alarms, and the device status. This data is encrypted and transmitted in a low bandwidth format to compatible remote monitoring systems such as RemoteDNA’s Web Portal or Thermo ViewPoint.

Locational Awareness

In addition to providing detailed instrument data, it has an integrated GPS to give location information. This provides real-time situational awareness of your remote deployment teams.

Versatile Device

The Wind Sensor is IP65 rated for outdoor use to match the LTS-08 and ADR-1500 capabilities and has several mounting options. This versatility allows for outdoor instrument monitoring in Environmental and industrial applications.
